"Very convenient location . About 6 min max to walk from a train . Buffet food for breakfast was amazing. They have hot tea and cappuccino and lots of food. Supermarket right next to the train station or half way to the hotel there is a gas station . You can buy big bottles of water there any food . "Room was basic but clean and freshly decorated. Hassle free check in and out. In comparison to other rooms in Brussels a good price Local area did not have much in the way of eating options but the centre of Brussels is only 25 minutes away by metro. If you are looking for a room for a comfortable nights sleep but aren’t too fussed about “full service” hotels a good choice to make."

"We stayed 2 nights on a short family visit. Amin at reception was great and very welcoming. We arrived earlier than check in time and were offered bag storage so we could start exploring the city until the room was ready. The room offered was basic but very clean with crisp white linen and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The next day, while we were out, the room was again cleaned, beds made and the towels replaced with spotless fresh ones. We slept well and didn't notice any excessive noise...

"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft...

"Great location and easy access. However my room was on the top floor and the floor was very warped. The floor buckled about 6 inches high, a huge tripping issues which i tripped on several times but thankfully caught myself before falling. Very dangerous in the night, so i left the light on all night. They need to takecare of this asap. I was shocked they could even rent a room like that. "

"Its a beautiful family company. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I even had a good chat with 1 of the owners! Everything was on point. Can't even describe how stunning the room was. Even with being away from home the whole interior gave us a homey feeling. The details were astonishing in the whole building! My compliments to this family!"
