"The welcome from Jean-Pierre was brilliant and he continued to be helpful, friendly during my stay, a real asset to Y Hostel. My capsule bed was great and as were all my dorm mates. Definitely recommend this place. On a great bus route with plenty of local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance."

"Property is in a good place and has a nice sized pool. Easy access to the beach and has a lift. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Couldn't really moan about the place itself. The only moan I would mention is that some of the people staying in the apartment where not considerate and would be shouting and banging all night. "A very small room, smaller than anticipated for 2 guests. Expected 2 single beds & ended up with a double, arrived after midnight & couldn’t be bothered to walk back to reception to request a change. The hostel is out of the way so it was quiet & peaceful, we hardly saw anyone. Walking distance (up hill) to the main hotel & facilities which were great. I’d stay again but would want a bigger room."

"My wife and I have stayed at the Golf Beach many times over the past 20 years. It now has new owners but they have kept all of the wonderful staff that makes your stay welcoming and pleasant. Some new decoration within the bar area and a new menu. The bar area at night is quite quiet this maybe the increase in drinks prices and not so many British guests as before. Still if you are looking for a pleasant stay in Santa Ponsa for a reasonable price look no further "

"Spacious apartment, renovated. It is located close to beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop to Palma. Parking is for free in the streets next to apartment. Only thing that could be better was bathroom. It was clean, but it could be better designed. Toilet was in the corner very close to sink and shower. Sink was small and it was difficult to wash hands in it."

"Just back. Had a lovely 10 nights stay at Casa Vida. Apartment was a great size with everything needed. Big balcony with a lovely outlook over pool & a seaview. Peaceful nights sleep in the quieter side of bay. House keeping done every 4th day, fresh towels, bedding etc. Must mention the lifeguard "Dominique" such a warm welcoming person who is extremely diligent and vigilant in her role. Will definitely be back. Colin & Laura"

"I am from Mallorca but live in London, I wanted to go home and visit family and friends but not stay in a massive hotel packed with tourists. Hostal amistad was perfect, it felt like an old school Formentera type of hotel. Was super well located, quiet even though its 4 mins form the beach and the hustle and bustle of the main boulevard. And the staff are great, very friendly yet minding their own business. Great buffet breakfast included too. Highly recommend. "
