"Unmanned access, no breakfast or place to ask questions. Checking in was painful because the online system didn’t make the data entry easy for an English speaker. The room arrangement was great - there was even a door in the triple room and two bathrooms! Very unexpected and great. Rooms are simple but clean. AC was perfect. Basic overall but considering the area, it was a great deal and very convenient. "

"Wonderful spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed. Having a lift was great as well as a well kitted out kitchen and laundry. The location is amazing, but you will have to catch your taxi at the end of the street (very short walk). The restaurants in the area that were recommended were perfect for the vegetarian and meat eater. A short walk to Bips for groceries and we did a fair amount of cooking in the apartment. We really had a lovely time thanks to the team at Vintage Palma Palace"

"Arrival was easy, on opening door, wow what a view, light flooded the whole apartment. Paul thankyou so much for a wonderful stay and we met the lovely Beth on our last day while she was working hard next door. Beautiful area and delicious restaurant just down below. "

"Amazing spacious well equipped front line apartment. Wonderful balcony overlooking the bay with a gorgeous egg chair that i loved to sit and read in. "This apartment is in an amazing location. It is close to different restaurants, lots of shops, a supermarket, and bus stops. It was so nice to be in the city for breakfast and dinner and then was very easy to leave during the day to different beaches. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Mallorca."

"Everything during our stay was close to perfect! From the communication before hand to help us navigate the travel requirements on the island, to it being in the most ideal location we could think of. Outside the apartment was an amazing square with restaurants, bars, and music. Everything from sites, beaches, busses, and more importantly, gelato was a easy walk away. "We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely, airy apartment with a great terrace. Very clean and great bathroom and cloakroom. Plenty of space. 3 floors up and no lift but fine with us as it meant we worked off the wine and tapas! We liked the little square it was positioned on. Numerous bars and restaurants so finding somewhere for breakfast or dinner was no problem. 3 minute walk to the cathedral and Main Street. Easy to negotiate the city from. "

"We have just had a fantastic weekend in Palma staying in Loft 5. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean & was in a great location for exploring the city. A couple of supermarkets close by and plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance. We loved spending time on the roof terrace overlooking Palma. Great communication with the host, we would definitely recommend staying at Can Rubi. "

The manager, I think her name is Ricarda was particularly helpful, always friendly and helped us during our stay and also arranged a taxi for us to the airport.
