"Walking in the lobby, we were immediately hit with that “new hotel” smell. I’m not sure if they’ve had a recent remodel but it was so clean and bright. We were given our choice of floor to stay on and were taken care of swiftly. Our room was sooo clean! No scuff marks, no weird smell, no questionable linens. The cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in a long time. The outlet in the bathroom has the BEST blue light night light! We loved that. We will definitely choose this location if we are driving...

"The most disappointing part was the check in. It took over 20 minutes for the man to check in the ppl in front of me. Then I had the same experience. He clearly didn’t know what he was doing. "Well maintained and comfortable place to stay! Beautiful sunrises and an awesome lakeside fire pit. We were able to paddle board on the lake in November! Very close to Longhorn Caverns. It was fun to watch the deer and resident geese. Kitchen is well stocked and outdoor patio BBQ. We will plan on reserving this place again! "
