Fully furnished kitchen , includes large refrigerator , electric stove/oven , microwave , 4 piece toaster , electric can opener and coffee maker .
Cook ware, all dishes and utensils. including , coffee ,spices, flower oil paper towels foil , dish towels .
Large covered porch with swing and 4 wooden chairs , tables , out door gas grill charcoal and charcoal grill.
Beautiful private property 30’ in ground swimming pool surrounded by tropical palm trees and flowers . May be shared with our other two rentals .
Enjoy your day at the pool and cook on the Gas or charcoal grill ! Several tables with umbrellas and chairs and stereo
Walk down to private access to beautiful Lake Buchanan for swimming and fishing .
Launch your boat at our boat launch or Black Rock Park , less than a mile from the cabin. And we have plenary of room for parking your boats and trailers.
Nearby are hiking trails, mountain biking, cave tours, waterfall cruises and several wineries.
This property is beautifully landscaped with many trees ! wonderful as a wedding venue , family reunion our business meeting.

Lovely Getaway!
My husband and i decided on a last minute getaway to go bluebonnet hunting and were so blessed to find and book this lovely cottage. We were able to bring our dog Gigi which made the stay even better. Judy, the owner, could not have been nicer. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The lake was low, but that made for some amazing bluebonnets beds. I highly recommend this cozy spot in the hill country.

Amazing Host
Everything was clean and ready for us as soon as we got there . Judy was amazing and attentive . I was on crutches, but she was super accommodating the entire trip. She was always available whenever we needed something and checked in with us, as well. The property was beautiful and the lake was amazing . Would definitely come back out here !

The cabin was very comfortable. The owner was very attentive to make sure everything was going well with the property. Very nice swimming pool right next the cabin. Minutes away from inks lake state park, longhorn cavern and places to swim on lake buchannan

Great little get away
Great spot to just get away for a bit. Judy offers a lot of amenities and larger variety of things to do, even in the chilly weather. Everything was clean and so much better then what any hotel could offer. My children were especially taken with the golf-cart "rides"

The property manager is amazingly attentive and provides a welcoming home away from home. Our cabin had all amenities needed for a relaxing stay. We can’t speak highly enough about the gorgeous pool and the relaxation it provided. Thank you!

Judy is a great host and the cottage was very nice and full of antiques. Pool is great and pretty. Lake is down which wasn’t so fun but could hang at the pool

Wonderful and Short Stay
We only stayed one night, but it was wonderful and very clean. They have done a great job with the furnishings and decor. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and the dishes and pots and pans were so clean (pots and pans looked new)! The beds were very comfortable as well. Judy is so responsive and helpful, I can't wait to come back for a longer trip.

Wonderful weekend getaway
Judy is a wonderfully attentive hostess who thinks of all the details which made for a truly magical anniversary weekend getaway. Cozy cottage lived up to its name and is fully equiped to you feel home away from home. The property is a destination unto itself but there is also lots to see and do nearby. Anniversary stay
It was quiet and relaxing. Host was so sweet to surprise us with Happy Anniversary banner, cheesecake and champagne. Pool was beautiful. We love that we could go to Lake Buchanan or 10 min LBJ Lake. So we spent 3 days on the lake. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable! Would definitely visit again.

Quaint cabin, great host, fun location
We had a great time at this little cabin and a great host in Judy that showed us around and made sure we had all our needs/wants met. The cabin was well stocked and organized, making our short stay very enjoyable. We hiked nearby, took the kayaks out for a short trip, sat by the fire pit and cooked. We were also directed to nearby Burnet for a wine tasting that was fantastic. Overall great cabin, great host, and great location. Would definitely return.

Comfy, cozy...perfect!
Our stay was perfect for our 16th wedding anniversary! The rental was a listed as described, and our hostess was amazing! Upon our arrival, Judy surprised us with a bottle of Champagne and a happy anniversary banner inside the rental. That touch alone made our stay great! We would and plan to rent from her again!

Cozy stay
Judy was great at communicating, checking in occasionally if we needed anything. Our pups enjoyed swimming in the lake; it was quiet when we were at the lake which is ideal for us since our dogs can be reactive at times and bark at others. Judy has a picnic table set up by the lake with all the gear needed to kayak/paddleboard. And the pool area feels like you're in a tropical paradise!

Wonderful host!
Joy the host was always available before,during and after our stay. Very cozy cottage, a short walk to the lake and pool. Also very close to Inks lake National park. We didnt find any good restaurants close by so plan on bringing your own food and cooking at the cottage. Pet friendly so that's a plus for us. Joy even had bowls for our small dogs. Very pleasant and cozy!

Great weekend getaway!
We had a great two night stay at this adorable cabin in Buchanan Lake. The lake level was low but still enough water to enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. We loved the pool which was beautifully lit up at night. Our cabin had all the necessities plus more. We enjoyed meeting and visiting with the property owner, Judy. She went above and beyond for us. The nearby Longhorn Caverns were worth the shirt 20 minute drive. We look forward to coming back soon!
