"This is a very inexpensive room in a non-descript area. Value? Sure. But far, far from how it's visually depicted. Tiny room. Very cold at night. Understaffed, friendly but sloppy because you don't get the feeling they'd know decent if they saw it. If Hotels.com includes a lot of disappointing experiences like this, I'll think twice."

"Apparently a dangerous suburb but we had no isses. Secure parking behind a gate. Ladies were super friendly but didnt speak much English. We were in Room 19 which was basic but with a nice big bed and great shower. Power plugs to charge laptop/phones dont have a grounding plug so make sure you plan that. Telephone in phone doesent work. Room was clean and TV worked reasonably well. If you go out and turn left there is a terrific burger place. I got the biggest one for 95MXN or if you go right...
