"Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our room was not ready when we arrived and it seemed like they did not know about our reservation. Room was very smelly, parts were dirty and the humidity was super high. Also the shower was leaking, which lead to lots of water in the bathroom. The room also had no window. We were also not informed about the construction work downstairs, it started at 7:45am and they were hammering until 8pm. Would definitely not have booked this room if we would have...

"This hotel was perfect for a few nights in Ollantaytambo - close to the downtown area but also close to the train station for an early Machu Picchu train departure. The family who runs it is so sweet - they make breakfast for the guests and will even pack up a to-go box if you have an early morning. The rooms are fine and can be a bit loud with the main road to the train station nearby, but the experience here was wonderful overall. We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here!"

"Very pretty hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. We had the suite with city view and it had panoramic windows, super pretty. If you’re not used to the altitude it can be difficult walking back up the hill from the Plaza de Armas. The only reason I couldn’t give five stars is that I left my AirPods there, and the staff said they weren’t there but on the findmy app they literally are so 😐"
