Our only disappointment was the concierge’s service, as this trip to MP was all new for us and we found out later there is more to see around Valle Segrado which was strangely never mentioned/suggested. "I booked this hotel to use the spa but all the amenities were closed and they didn’t even mention it on the website, they still advertise the photos of the spa. There is no wifi anywhere in the resort. The location was great tho with the mountain view."
