"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."

"The best place to stay in Preston. A hidden gem, great value for money. 10-12 minutes walk from the station, the room that I stayed in was very tidy and clean. "Our two night stay in Lodge 1 was perfect and relaxing. Easy checkin process and the lodge was clean and welcoming. The lodge is just 10 minutes away from Skipton centre and 20 minutes away from Bolton Abbey, which we had a lovely walk around. Sitting in the hot tub with the starry sky and the hilly views topped the stay off. One of the top lodges I’ve ever stayed in. "
