"Basic hotel, the room was clean and in reasonable repair. The staff are helpful but nobody doing anything exceptional. Breakfast was good. Biggest problem was the noise. I could hear plumbing, other people's TVs and the noise from outside was very loud a 7AM. There isn't much in the way of eating options, the small restaurant next door was ok for a couple of evenings, be aware, its cash only. "

"The hotel is clean overall. Linen and towels are not changed every day. If you book in this hotel, make sure not be hosted in the basement: rooms are big and comfortable but there is a strong smell of mold and dampness. I managed to change the room but I wasn't so lucky.... I got a really tiny room with an unbearable heat. The day of departure I also found a huge spider in the shower... that was really scary. I advised all the staff (always nice and friendly) but they didn't seem to be shocked...

"We stayed at this hotel for just one night because our appointment at the American consulate in Frankfurt was early at 8. We were looking for something affordable and simple. The hotel offered the triple beds we needed. The check in process was quick and simple. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot something in the room and called them the next day and they prepare the item to be shipped to me. Very helpful and friendly. "
