"This is a simple business type hotel. When we checked in there was a long line and the front desk person didn’t even talk to you when you checked in. He waved you forward with your fingers as he was arguing on the phone with somebody about a bill. Not exactly a warm, hospitable greeting. The room itself was fine. Clean with good beds. If you’re looking for a warm shower in a good bed, this hotel would suffice. I would, however, expect a much more appropriate greeting from the staff."

"My fourth stay during last four months. Yet, the young man in reception couldn’t find my data. Well, no big deal. As always nice comfy room with all necessities, as well as an excellent location. "I enjoyed my stay but I was surprised no phone in the room. House Keeping cleans the room they should replenish the water bottle. Your carpets in the hallway are very soiled and dirty. The hotel needs some improvements."

"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."
