"No coffee and the front desk staff had little interest in helping anyone. Could have easily made coffee into pots due to the broken coffee maker, but that was too much trouble. Could have even put a sign on the coffee maker that it was out of order, but instead, let people waste coffee cups all weekend. Lazy…just lazy! "

"There was trash left in my room from the previous guest. There was a half in openning below the door to the hall which is unsafe. The TV was damaged so half of the screen was all blue tinted."
