The only challenge I faced involved the fact that the TV's directory (within the TV itself, not just some printed guide) did not correspond to the channels; it made finding my news channels a bit challenging."

"The woman who welcomed us at the desk was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, especially the bedding and the bathroom (and I am extremely picky). When we left for dinner I mentioned that our sink wasn’t draining well. The woman at the desk said she’d ask maintenance to fix it before we got back and they did! Really good service!"

Tried to find the local number to cancel, called 2 different numbers on my booked info, but was unable to let them know we would be a day late and to cancel the first night... had to pay for 2 rooms that we did not get to stay in. I took the hotel card when i left and we'll probably book straight with the hotel next time to make sure I'm able to contact, if needed."
