Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was perfect! I had an excellent night sleep and was ready for my next day of driving back home (e.g., Los Angeles, CA to Crandall, TX). It was easy to get to Walmart for some supplies and there were several dining options and gas station. Parking was easy and I felt safe with interior hallway.

It was ok for business, clean comfortable, and priced right, night staff was pretty busy, didn't notice the bed didn't have a blanket, front desk was doing laundry and running around working, had a blanket for the extra bed so I used it

The property was old. The restroom shower curtain smelled moldy. There was rust on the doors and the carpet was stained and not vacuumed. It looked very run down, but it’s ok to stay the night and leave. Nothing special about facilities, the office staff was kind.

Worst family hotel
We stayed for four nights and never had the room cleaned. We had a 3 year old that got complaints about loudness at 8:30 p.m. if you have kids, Do Not stay here. They cater to oilfield people. I will not stay there again. The night manager needs a class in customer service. We have stayed in a lot of places and this place ranks in the top three worst.
