The room was only available with a shower well as a cubicle showers that was extremely cramp low water pressure low hot water. Previously it was known as the Roadway Inn in Pecos, Texas very worn down motel.
The place was falling apart, the bed sheet stunk, the tv did not work, there was no hot water. I’ve never been I. Such a nasty place in all my life. The owners of this place should be ashamed of them selves.
Our “non-smoking” room reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was FILTHY!!! Stains, dirt and hair on and in the sheets. The Bible was sticky. TV wouldn’t turn on. Then we found BED BUGS!!! The state of the room was traumatizing to my family. We left and found another place to stay, but couldn’t shake the itchy feeling all night.
First , it was not called Rodeo Inn and did not match online pictures. If pictures were of actual hotel and ACCOMMODATIONS, I WOULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN TO STAY THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Room smelled awful, there was white pieces of something all over the floor, soap was opened and used, in old ceiling light hole something was stuffed in. Room didn't have number on door or wall so it was a guessing game
Checking in was bad they can even find my information. The person there didn’t even apologized or give us details what has happen, all of a sudden she started programming the card to the door. No explanation what’s so ever
First of all, their WiFi not only was not working, but also placed a warm infested cookie on my laptop that I had very hard time to get rid if it. A 10 year old kid took care of my registration. There were cobwebs in the room. Door was very felty. Many more problems that are beyond this evaluation.
The room I paid good money for looked as if it was a run down property. No table the bedside table was off the wall missing a leg, it was by far the trashiest room I have ever seen. Not worth paying the price I paid. I'm considering requesting a refund
My room was filthy. Had not seen a vacuum cleaner or a mop for weeks. Garbage cans outside overflowing. The room had amateur renovations. Bed not nicely made. Pillows just thrown on the bed. Take this place off your website. I would not send my worst enemy there. Awful, terrible, gross, horrible.
There were dead bugs all over the room. Numerous flies. And the shower had what looked like blood or a dark reddish-brown fluid had been poured down the drain with it it being cleaned. The sheets had stains and hair all over it. The ac unit put out a smell like a dirty pet shop. Staff was OK though lobby area reeked of cigarettes.
The check-in process was rather difficult as they didn't seem to have any record of my reservation. The supervisor seemed nice but the woman who helped me primarily seemed unaccustomed to customer service.
The room was rough. Stained towels, no hand towels or washcloths and stained walls. Also the road noise was such that you'd have thought I had the door and window open. I've stayed in cheap places many times before, but this one was something else.
We stayed here on our way to Carlsbad Caverns. The sheets were very thin and pillow cases had been put on inside out rather than washed. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was only a sheet and thin bedspread, no blanket. There was a torn crinkly plastic cover 1/2 to 1/4 covering the mattress. There were fleas and cockroaches and a 1/2 inch gap between the door and threshold to the outside. The towels were small, thin, stained and after showering our feet turned black because the floor was so flithy. I used the towel with the worst stained to damp mop the floor so we could keep our feet clean. I put my own clean tshirt on my pillow and still could hardly sleep, i was so grossed out!
No one notified me that the name of this property is now Roadway Inn. I called when I could not find Rodeo Inn and was told it is now called the Roadway Inn. The sheets, towels and wall were dirty. Bathroom faucet spray all over the sink and area. A few minutes after I turned off the water the sink began to leak. TV did not work. There was a small bug crawling up the wall (thought it might be a bed bug. Requested another room, was told there were none available. Was told they would send up clean towels and sheets. Never got them. They did send a handy man to fix bathroom sink.. After finding the bug on the wall, I decided I could not stay in this place. I was told they could not refund my money. I had to go to Expedia for that. Tried calling Expedia but got no answer. Went across the street to Motel 6 and got a very nice room. But I ended up having to pay for a room that was total unacceptable.
