"The room was ok. The hotel was under renovation during my stay adding additional noise and hallway traffic. Keycard failed twice during my stay, and was fixed both times by staff who told me to just try to keep my phone away from the keycard, but still annoying when you’re on the 3rd floor and have to walk up and down the stairs repeatedly. "I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. I live about 20 miles west of Cleveland and I come down here to fish and hunt. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly! I’ve come to know a very nice lady named Barbara. She works behind the desk and is do kind and helpful. "We were in a situation with a car breakdown and needed a place to stay for a few nights. The hotel is nice and it’s very conveniently located. Everything was clean and our room was big with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok with eggs and sausage available and a few other things. The best part is the staff. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. It made a stressful situation so much better."

"This cottage was exactly as described with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, dine-in kitchen and a living room. The place looked refurbished and was an excellent place to relax in. The home was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make meals. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was wonderful to deal with and check in/check out was seamless.
