"The room was ok. The hotel was under renovation during my stay adding additional noise and hallway traffic. Keycard failed twice during my stay, and was fixed both times by staff who told me to just try to keep my phone away from the keycard, but still annoying when you’re on the 3rd floor and have to walk up and down the stairs repeatedly. "I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. I live about 20 miles west of Cleveland and I come down here to fish and hunt. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly! I’ve come to know a very nice lady named Barbara. She works behind the desk and is do kind and helpful. I look forward to seeing her every time I come here.I would and have recommended this hotel to a lot of my friends. A very nice place to stay! Thank you! See you soon!"
