"The check in process was fast and easy. We were 'upgraded' to a first floor, parking lot side room with two queen beds which was lovely as the king was not needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were in a state of general disrepair. The carpets in the hallways are rolling and are an accident waiting to happen. "The renovated rooms are really quite nice. Very clean, very bright very fresh. We however chose a smoking room and didn’t find out it was Unrenovated until check in It is not nice. But it’s mostly clean. He tried to move usimmediately to a renovated non smoking room, so I don’t think he prepped this room"
