"Great office conversion to hotel. Beautiful marble throughout. Lots of history. All staff was very welcoming and responsive. The breakfast was delicious and the wine bar a special addition. Super close to the Alamo and many restaurants. Easy walk or Lyft to Riverwalk. Valet super friendly and helpful especially for a first time visitor to San Antonio. "

"There is a "parking" fee per night that you don't find out about until check in. Not a big fan of extra fees."

"Having parking at the hotel is extremely important considering the current road construction around the River Walk. The hotel is only 2 blocks away from the River Walk. There is also a excellent Mexican restaurant and bakery directly across the street from the hotel. "

"The only thing good about this hotel was that it was close to the Air Force Base, which is what we were there for. The homeless around there fortunately were very friendly but a lot. No ice, phone broke and no phone in one of the rooms, both rooms Missing hairdryers, which they did bring to us."

"The hotel is close to shopping and dining places. The thing i really don't like since we check in late there was no available parking space for us, and there was only 1 elevator in this hotel. But overall the stay was good"

"The area around the motel is not great. It's not bad, but it can be a little concerning. The motel has no control over this and to their credit, their property is clean, well maintained and very nice. The room was large, clean, very well maintained and excellent place to sleep at night."
