"There was no way to obtain hot water for coffee until i requested a cup to heat water in the microwave which was obtained immediately. I believe it was the owner who tried his best to ensure i had all i needed and was quick to ensure i did. Thank you. "

"There was a wharf and comfortable places to sit overlooking the marina and the river. The room on the second floor was spacious and there was a kitchenette with beer mugs and wine glasses. A balcony terrace outside the room had a table and chairs where one could read and sip a beer."

"The Green Acres team are fantastic. They called us two days before our trip to see if we wanted an early check-in or anything special in the room. The complementary espresso, coffee and bite-size treats upon arrival was appreciated. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. We love staying at this hotel."

"Obviously an older property but the rooms are very clean and have been updated. Not fancy but perfect for an overnight stay. The people in the office are friendly as well as the maintenance man. Check in was easy and fast. The only criticism was the registration form- it needs to be bigger and easier to read."
