It was hard to sleep. In the evening, everyone who left or entered a room slammed their door. The doors were very hard to close quietly. In the morning, the boss was in the hall with a walkie-talkie communicating very loudly outside our doorway. In addition, the sheets were rough and scratchy.

Next time I ask for a room on the third or fourth floor spare me the perfunctory response, especially when the place is deserted on a Saturday night. Plus the shower water pressure is low enough to be talked about. Nonetheless, the rooms are comfortable, housekeeping does a good job and the buffet breakfast is good. Plus you’re on Queens university campus which is a nice touch if your kid goes there.
