"Immediately upon stepping in the elevator I noticed how unclean it was. The hallway was unclean. There were dirty towels stacked in the hallway outside of the housekeeping door. The refrigerator in the room did not work and ruined gallons of milk that I had bought for my children. There were no towels or soap in the room. The walls and doors were dirty. And I had to dust off the bedding because there were flecks of something on the blankets. I'll never stay at this location again."
