It’s a functional space, but some design choices might not suit everyone’s needs."

"Would be 5 stars except my phone was attacked 4 times over the network. Each attack required a hard reset to unlock the phone again. This is a network issue with their network. Stay in airplane mode while at the hostel. If the attack had succeeded I would have lost my phone and bank accounts."

"Simple room with proximity to Brussel central station. Noisy in the night due to location, and also smells like a mix of food (I hope due to the room facing the backyard to many restaurants). No noise insulation, workers drilling for 1 hour at 9 in the morning across the hall. I was able to leave my luggage after check out. "

"Located in a largely ethnically Turkish neighborhood of Brussels, the Hotel Meribél is located not far from the Brussels Nord station (one stop to the airport), the Botanical Gardens, and the Botanique metro stop. It is about a 20-minute walk to the Grand Place down the Rue Royale. The property itself looks to be renovated in a building constructed for another purpose, and my room was on the small side (though fairly typical for this kind of family-owned property). "Really enjoyed my stay - room was at the back and very quiet. Very easy to get into the city centre - bus across the road outside Lidl to Luxembourg Place which is a good place to end up. Had a walk around the area- not many people or cars - very peaceful. Not a massive breakfast selection but nice enough . Staff very pleasant and very helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Good shower etc"

"The view and location is great and it is ideal if you are a solo traveler backpacking. But if you have kids/ travel with large bags, please avoid this place as there are no elevators and the rooms are a bit crammed for space! "
