"Wonderful service. When we checked in and went up to our room, the room was not cleaned and ready, the manager was very apologetic and upgraded us to a suite. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything was great. I would suggest lighting the entry sign at the street…it was hard to find the turn after dark."

"Check in was easy, since I booked the hotel room through Hotels.com. The room was clean except the bathroom floor. It was waxy and our shoes slipped. I cleaned the floor myself with soap and water and that helped. We had ask the front desk to ask housekeeping for anything extra, like clean towels, extra kleenex and trash bags. "I was so impressed I actually got 3 family members to reserve for themselves and their families. Currently 4 rooms are now occupied here with my love ones. Linda, Kayla and Ash have been so helpful, professional and have gone above and beyond for myself and my family, the best customer service I have ever received and the best thing is, it all came with big smiles. I will book here going forward when I come into town. Shopping centers and dining places are within walking distance as well."
