Overall, the hotel's atmosphere may not be ideal for families. During our stay, we encountered a strong smell of marijuana in the hallways and even in our room. Although the room itself was quiet and comfortable, the service fell short. The front desk staff seemed unfriendly, and we received attitude when requesting additional towels, as we were only provided three for our family of five. The staff claimed they had run out. Furthermore, when we asked for an extra blanket for our kids, we were given a wrinkled item that appeared to have just come out of the dryer.

The fire alarm went off at 2:30 am. I called the front desk to ask about the situation and the front desk clerk said she had no idea. My family and I could not sleep after because we weren’t sure of what was going on. Nobody called to let us know that it was safe to be in the building. Terrible night.

The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping service wasn’t provided during our 2 night stay which was a bit of a surprise, but maybe we needed to request it? We have stayed at this location several times and will return if we need a hotel. Highly recommend!
