"I was pleased to find a reasonably priced hotel on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The hotel offers easy access to the Broadway subway and buses as well as a variety of eateries. My interactions with hotel staff was minimal during my four-night stay, but I found everyone to be very agreeable."

"The pillows were terrible and gone beyond usage for a hotel. There was also a dirty one left in the cupboard with stains from previous guests on it. The floor above our room was very noisy, which meant the insulation is not very good, which contributed to noise disturbance in our room."
