"We had problem with the arrival time and they did not try to find a solution. We had to go in an hotel the first night because they definitely don't chek-in after 7p.m. For a house in NY this is not accettable."

"I was a little weary about this place because of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. They have breakfast buffet at the top floor from 7-10:30 which was so convenient, you can see the city around you and they also have lunch and dinner menus. The only issue i had was that our room didnt have a fridge or microwave but we made it work. They have the rain shower head and it was amazing. Will book this hotel again. "
