"The hotel was easy to find right off the highway. The parking lot was clear of snow and ice. The check-in was fast. The stairwells and hallway was warm and dry. The room was compact but warm and comfortable. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was clean and new looking. It was perfect for stopping for some hours of sleep until day light before heading into a snowstorm through the mountains to the east. "

"This is our fourth stay at this location and the second time that Chromecast did not work. Again, traveling with a 13 year old makes this a true inconvenience. I would suggest upgrading your tech and I will be sure to ask about the room's Chromecast before booking again. I would also point out that the heating in the room was very strange and could do with an update. No way to control or direct the blower (we ended up covering half of it with a towel so we could sit comfortably on the bed)...

"When I made my reservation I noted in the special assistance section that I preferred a ground floor room due to hip and knee replacement. Upon arrival, found out no ground floor so front desk lady said she could move me to 1st floor. I was happy and appreciative. I had prepaid via Expedia. Female said room found and then told additional $15. I declined the move as thought a ‘switch and bait’ tactic. Also would prefer a coffee machine in the room. Not a deal breaker.
