"We stayed here 1 night as a part of a longer trip. The kids loved the pool area. The hotel was a little underwhelming and the rooms look nicer in the pictures, but for 1 night it worked."

"The property was clean! We stayed in the loft which was super cute. No one to help or assist you on premises. We were locked out of our room one night late for an hour due to keyless entrance malfunction which was very frustrating. The room wasnt ready till an hour after checkin due to housekeepers being behind on cleaning. However the were very kind and helpful for sure. The lobby has all kinds of snacks, kuerig, drinks, bagels & toast. Overall really super adorable little place. Would stay...

"We were in Manistee overnight to attend an event. This hotel was in the perfect location...River Street in the downtown district. And it was clean and comfortable and very affordable. Check-in was easy. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Free parking. Lots of amenities walkable from here. And we enjoyed a bit of stroll on the boardwalk along the river. "

"Contacted the property ahead of arriving because of a confusing email I received. They were able to confirm our reservation and checked us in over the phone, which allowed us to continue our sightseeing and not have to worry about it. The bathroom was small but the water was hot. One downside is that since it's on a main road there was lots of traffic noise in the morning. "

"Really great property and management! A 2-night wedding weekend was definitely not enough time to fully enjoy all this place had to offer. The kids loved all the arcade games and the adults loved the amenities and hangout spots. The short walk to the Crystal Mountain "downtown" area was easy as advertised.
