"Good location. It is within walking distance to the Crystal lake, about 10 minutes to Crystal Mountain ski, and also close to various local restaurants. The room is very clean and comfortable for the price. Only thing is the complimentary breakfast, no food refill and also one bag of bread is old with some mold. "

"This place is awesome and the gentleman that owns it is the kindest man you could imagine. It was like staying at my grandfather's house. "We LOVE the Alpine. It's in a quiet location and the staff are wonderful! The rooms are always spotlessly clean. The Alpine is no-frills, but that makes it nice. Just a quaint, quiet place to relax in a spacious, clean room. The staff are friendly and courteous and We've stayed there twice now, and both stays were excellent. Much better than in one of the "brand name" hotels."
