"This property was elegent but, simple. We where very pleased that they had a New Years Eve celebration. It allowed us to take part, have fun without having to drive. The parking is horrible though. Parking lot is not really a parking lot. The valet men did a great professional job but, the hotel in general doesn’t offer great parking. All the staff was amazing, welcoming and pleasant. "

"I was in Chattanooga overnight while my dog was having emergency surgery. This was my first stay here but hopefully I can return again when I can enjoy the town and night life. Hotel was just what I needed to unwind and sleep."

"Very nice and new hotel but the management needs to verify housekeeping all the time. There is mold in the new bathroom and dirty doors. The housekeeping manager and the housekeeping need to do their job Otherwise everything is perfect. "
