"一人で泊まったのですが一番よかったのは雰囲気、空気感です。心がとても和みました。 食事も生ビールもとても美味しくいただきました。お酒のレパートリーもよかったです。 施設も清潔に使いやすく工夫されていました。 宿のスタッフが非常に親切でした。 シャワーのみでお風呂はないのですが、歩いて4分くらいのところの日帰り温泉のサービス券とタオルのサービスで十分すぎると思いました。 スキーオフシーズンにワーケーションで訪れてもよいと思いました。 ただ、1点、4月だったのですが夜とても寒かったです。角部屋だったことやもともと寒がりということもありますが… 暖房設備や寝具などが充実しているともっとよいと思いました。 カフェ&バーの暖炉はとても暖かかったです。 "

"Hosts are gracious and kind. We were picked up at the train station and taken to the monkey park right away. Driver met us to return us to the inn and took us to train station the next day. Inn is very old and needs some maintenance but it is clean and historically beautiful. Very reasonably priced and conveniently located for a walk to dinner. We stayed in July and we had A/C in the room but the open air was nice in the morning and evening. "

"Authentic minshuku experience. Traditional room with futons on floor, sliding doors and tatami mats. The hostess was very friendly and had basic English phrases written down to help communication. The food was incredible and plentiful. Wonderful outdoor onsen (mens and womens separately)."
