"The property was close to the train station. The shower was difficult because the water ran all over the bathroom floor trying to get into the drain- no separate shower area/pan."

"The heat was too high and I was asked to send a pic of the thetmostat. I find it inadequate to ask a guest for a pic of something that should be your responsibility. Checkout time at 12 pm is too strict considering check-in is after 3 pm. There should be, at least, one hour tolerance. The coffee machine in my room kept spilling water for no reason."

"My daughter & I stay at this property and it was perfect, clean, safe, great shower. Kitchen area. Walkable to the train with in 6-8mins, that takes 15mins straight into Zurich main station. We would definitely stay again. "

"My room was on the very top floor and was very clean. I stayed one night but slept well as the bed was comfortable and I was able to turn up the heat on the radiator to make the room temp just right. I am happy that I found a hotel for such a great price that was near the sights that I wanted to see. The Wifi was excellent. I thought that the TV did not get a signal at first but if you change the channels you will find many stations to watch. "

"The Hotel Arlette is very conveniently located to the main train station- just a short walk across the river. The room was small and clean, and had some great vintage touches! The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was basic but served with care and very much appreciated. The items in the mini bar/fridge are very reasonably priced.
