"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain. "This place is super convenient! It's really close to the airport and right next to the train station, which makes travel a breeze. They have a shuttle every 20 minutes, so you won’t have to wait long. Plus, it's clean and cozy! A great choice if you’re flying out of Zurich Airport the next day."
