The only negatives were the HVAC that didn’t work for a couple days, a broken toilet and some bedroom blinds that wouldn’t go down. You’d prefer not to have repairmen in your house at all hours. "We chose this because of proximity to our condo and Price. Very disappointed, though that it had not been cleaned and there were bugs in the bathroom and in the fold out couch. Local person did offer to send over a cleaning crew at no expense the second day Also, one of the chairs had a broken leg and one of our people almost fell when sitting It was, however, a very nice location."

"This property is in a great location. A Publix and 3 very good restaurants were less than a mile away. The duplex was very clean and the view of the bay water was wonderful. I spent a lot of free time on the deck that had a very nice table and chairs. We used the brand new grill one night. I used the paddle board and went around the canals and out to the bay near the channel. I was followed by several dolphins! I used one of the bikes to ride to the beach a couple of times.
