Relax and enjoy the lovely sunset and view of the bay from the balcony. Explore exquisite downtown Naples and Fifth Avenue with its unique shops and many wonderful restaurants.

Minimum rental period one month with a 10% discount (15% discount if rented for 6 weeks) when rented during May through November; $150 HOA application fee added to booking; 12 % county tourist tax and $135 cleaning fee. Early applications are encouraged. Beach paraphernalia and beach cart available inside a private storage room. please review rental agreement, complete form and return asap after booking to avoid occupancy delay
