"Room was fine, lamp shades were foggy but honestly it’s obvious this hotel use to not be smoke free in some rooms. Quiet in the room, clean sheets and bathroom. A hole in the wall saying ‘Kyle was here’ with a punch in it was funny and concerning. Definitely not a good family vacation hotel, please stay away from Norfolk, families. "The room was ok but a little dirty. They should have kept the carpet. We did get a good night sleep. The breakfast was acceptable. I understand that they were still doing renovations and upgrades. The TV didn't work the first night but the streaming did. They got that srtaight then next day. They did make every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The GM did say that he wanted to charge upwards of $250 for a weekend night. That's just preposteous! That hotel is by no means worth...
