"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was nice and clean and gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. Bed was big and comfortable. Having the dog run was great! Our dog enjoyed running around after the long road trip. Breakfast was fine, with several choices, par for the course. The area surrounding the hotel is not that great, but we felt safe. The place was easy to find and the location was convenient for us. "

"We stay at the Bay Inn everytime we come to Norfolk. It is clean, quiet, and 2 blocks from the water. There is an adorable courtyard where you can sit in the sun and read or just relax. It is affordable and exactly what you need as a home base for the adventures that await in Norfolk."

"This is a super cute hotel. "No frills" isn't the correct term for it, it's the highest tier hotel, but I felt very cozy there. The rooms are small but extremely comfortable. There was housekeeping daily, there was entertainment (pool table and games) at the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet very close to the Norfolk outlets."
