"I had a 2 night stay with a friend whilst attending a funeral locally. The room was clean and tidy and good sized. we had a meal in the restaurant with other fiends (8of us). Most of us had a good experience. But 3 had an issue with the steaks ordered. They found them to be a little tough to eat. The others all enjoyed what they had ordered. The stay was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. There was ample parking,"

"Staff were very helpful and friendly the phoned me before my stay to sort out a accessible room. The shower was amazing very powerful with 2 different heads to use, the beds were very comfortable and looked like a new carpet. Has a big car park so parking no problem and was free with the stay. Breakfast was very good not a huge selection of pastries or bread and scrambled eggs were alittle wet. I did here someone asked for fried and they wete very happy to do that, so I would ask next time. "

Reported faulty shower 8.30am Saturday morning whilst having breakfast, my wife had a shower and if flooded the bathroom, including soaking the light fitting. She had to use all the towels to stop the bedroom flooding. I was unable to use it. We received a call at 4.00pm to offer a change of room but we were out for the day, so as we were told it was still going to be repaired we...
