We used our Canadian credit card to hold the room and we were going to pay with our US account credit card when we arrived b” .Unfortunately the hotel did not follow what Expedia had told us in writing it would do and it charged us before we even got there therefore we had to pay $1.43 Per Dollar for our room. This is completely unacceptable. When Expedia stated we would be charged when we arrived at the hotel...

"There wasn’t a remote when we arrived and the bed made a lot of noise when you moved on it. Also a little noisy in the hallway while we tried to sleep. "
