Hotel customer service was out-sourced and I had to talk to someone out of Japan that did not know anything about the hotel or roads in the area. After about 2 hours of back-and-forth via emails, they finally provided a number to the actual hotel, but the language barrier was a challenge. "In the middle of it all, it’s a hostel type property but don’t let that discourage you. Lovely couple that welcome you and help you with whatever you need. Location is amazing with a short walk to the temple and to all eateries. Room is cozy, overall I loved the experience "
