"Staff is very nice. Coffe was good but no cream for coffee unless you like sugar. Property is dated. Linens were stained. Needs serious updating and major deep cleaning. Local tv channels were intermittent. I didn't empty my garbage promptly and roaches came out. For the price it's great. Not all rooms are good. Don't move in until you thoroughly inspect your room. Cooking smell on 2nd and 3rd floor are unbearable in hallways. STAY ON 1ST FLOOR!"

"Everything about ESA was up to standards with exception of the WiFi which was problematic and could not log on. The fridge looked like a 20 yr.old eye sore but still was clean and functional. Quiet, tidy, organized with no stench in the air leaves this stay being pretty nice overall. 4.5 out of 5. "
