Owners advertise on multiple platforms that there is an indoor pool - they even have pics, but the "pool" is apparently at an indoor leisure club 4 miles away. Absolute jokers. Even when i contacted the club- i still had to pay for going swimming. Such a disappointing stay and ive lodged refund request from hotels.com"

"Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise."

"An early phone call on the day told us that there was a problem with the toilet flush! But the host was very amenable in giving us the choice of having the house next door instead if we wished. On arrival we chose the original booked house as it had a walk in shower rather than bath and managed to make the faulty flush system work. The communication for key code details was supposed to be 24 hours prior to check in but was only given on the morning. This did not give a feeling of certainty but...
