"overall pretty good. capsule is on the smaller side but very cozy. The facilities are good apart from the dryer which didn't dry my clothes much after an hour. other than the dryer would stay again."

"Got a huge shock upon checking in - halls and carpets on our floor and room looked like a war zone - shocking. No photos to show as we immediately requested a change of rooms. It turns out that they are renovating the two buildings in stages and we were able to be relocated to the renovated area, thanks to Suzuki at reception. It is a good location for Disney but beware - you would only want to stay in the renovated section. "

"This is my first time visiting Tokyo and Juyoh was my first hotel/hostel stay. What a great first impression of Japanese hospitality. Juyoh is located in Taito City, which is a charming and quieter area north of Ginza. "This is a very good.hotel. the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and gave great customer service. The room was clean and the amenities were super good. The hotel gives you bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb and a razor with shaving cream. You also have access to face and hand wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is a refrigerator in the room. You have access to a microwave on the 2nd and 4th floors. It's also very quiet throughout the day. The cleaning staff are also super nice,...
