This was like an oasis after staying in some accommodations that were not nearly this good. I already said this but the front end staff were absolutely wonderful. "Overall I enjoyed my stay. The washer and dryer was a big plus. The closest subway station is around 8-10 min walk. It is a 15 min walk to senso-ji and the busy shopping area which is very convenient. I had a slight issue with the checkin process and it didn’t find my reservation on the self serve system - lucky there was a staff on site at that time. Most of the time you do not see anyone. The room felt a little cramp and had a motel feel at first. But can’t complain for that price and...

"I cannot say enough good things about this place. The email arrived when it was supposed to, the codes worked, the staff were on hand and super friendly and helpful - from helping us with the washing machine to the AC...awesome customer service. They even had complimentary toothbrushes, pjs and slippers. Great selection of shops for food nearby. The only down side was the walk from the train or metro was a good 750 m - our fault for not checking."
