"Staff was really nice and went to some inconvenience to get us the room location we wanted. They didn’t have to do that. Room was very clean and very spacious. We prefer rooms with rugs or carpet and this had a vinyl wood looking floor but most importantly it was very clean. The only thing that went wrong was no hot water the morning we left. I didn’t say anything, we just left, but I’m sure if I had they would have gotten right on it. Really nice staff at this place. "

"Issue with not getting good service on the TV, water pressure somewhat low and shower not very hot in the early morning; had to call front desk to report a courtesy call due to people above us were extremely loud 2 nights on a row - after midnight - sounded like they were playing soccer, jumping up and down continuously for over an hour ;had to get up early at 6am, air conditioner did not work very well - yes it was between 70-80 degrees outside in Mid-November "
