It was my first time staying at this hotel, staff was friendly and welcoming I had a peaceful weekend here and it was game day weekend super close to everything I would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was HORRIBLE. wheat pancakes are the only pancakes they had. The menu only had like 8 items to choose from. Jett tub didn’t work, toilet handle was broke had to open the top of the toilet just to flush it. Hotel Phone didn’t work had to walk to the front desk to let them know the toilet was broken. Ice machine didn’t work on the fifth floor had to go to second floor to use the ice machine. Was supposed to send maintenance man he never showed up. They didn’t want to refund or partial refund. I would recommend it.

Used to rely on a great free breakfast with Holiday Inn but not at this one! Coffee was watery and not hot, food was unappetizing to say the least. No effort. Old fruit, the cut fresh fruit was almost empty w/ 3 pieces of pineapple and cantaloupe at 8:15 am. Two employees just standing there on their phones, uninterested in refilling the empty bowl of fruit. But had a tip jar out. Cold sausage, watery eggs, dry hard biscuits. The rooms were ok, the bathroom came with a little bug friend. So overall average not really good.

The supervisor is very nice and explains and breaks down everything for you to have an understanding. Very courteous professional, good people skills. The entire staff is helpful. The entire place was clean and neat. Plenty of parking .
