it's the little things that matter... 1st morning - no water in breakfast area... when I asked the attendant she dismissingly told me water was around the corner down the hall at a water fountain... that evening I expressed to the night manager who was gracious and apologized for for her response and said he would let morning folks know... next morning... again no water... I saw the same attendant eye balling me on the slight... I said nothing... and when I left the area... a voice, with attitude rang out " have a good day... sir"... mega passive aggressive...when checking out... I again mentioned the lack of water to the morning manager and was told the water dispenser has been broke several days ago. I believe that was unacceptable... bottled water could have been provided or even a pitcher of water set out. My interpretation is that they did not care. My morning ritual is 10 - 14 ounces of water... not orange juice full of sugar.
Beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel was ideal... and rooms spacious... it was the attitude of the attendant that got my goat ... I would not put up with that nor do I put up with that kind of attitude with my employees. People matter... period. Water is a rather basic expectation... a simple fix. I will NOT be staying there again and aggressively communicate to others DONT STAY THERE.... THEY DON'T CARE!!
