Booked room through Expedia. When I arrived at hotel, they said I had to put a card on file because they weren't able to see my card info from the third party (Expedia) website. I gave them my bank card and they charged me a deposit and another full charge for the room, which was already paid through Expedia. I questioned the employee, who said she wasn't sure how to use the system because she was new. She instructed me to speak with the front desk the next morning. I did so, but that employee wasn't able to help either. Told me they'd call me when the manager arrived. We are 4 weeks post stay, 7 phone calls made in my part and I am still trying to get a refund from these idiots. Do not book with this place.
Our room had large, vulgar drawing on the wall that had been partial painted over but had bleed through. No hot water, due to gas leak, but no one informed us before they took our EXTRA money.
Worst stay experience EVEERRR!! BEWARE!
