"The gentleman that checked me into my room was not very pleasant, the breakfast was not opened at 6:00 as advertised (unlocked door at 6:05) which was disappointing since I wanted to grab one of their delicious cinnamon rolls for the shuttle ride scheduled to leave at 6:00. There was no regular coffee in the foyer in the early morning either, only decaf…BUT the shuttle driver WAS WONDERFUL..,SO pleasant and helpful…Shame on me for not getting his name to give him the kuddos he so rightly...

"The only reason I did not rate it higher was due to a misleading picture "to me" that looked like a slightly bigger parking lot. It was fine for cars and trucks alone and I was able to jackknife the trailer in a spot but the parking lot pictures appeared to be be bigger than the actual parking lot. Not necessarily a bad review or bad place to stay that close to NY but I was hoping for more parking lot room. Overall stay was satisfactory."

"The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was hot and ready. The room was comfortable but could have used a little closer attention when cleaning, just in the details. Check in was fast and easy. The pool area needs a key to get in to and ours did not work. We walked to the front desk only to be told all the keys were not working because the shut them off due to kids trying to enter the pool area without adult supervision.
